General Rules

#1 --- Be respectful, there will be no attacking of any member of the site over their, sexual orientation, race, religion, political view, gender, job status, or pretty much anything. There will be no attacking members of the site for anything that they chose to do with their character, like who they look like, what their orientation is, what side they are on or how they are played. This site wil stay a judgment free zone, or you will be banned if you go out of your way to verbal harm someone.

#2 --- This is a Harry Potter site, and in so all things related to Harry Potter belong to J.K. Rowling and WB. There are some of my own things in here as well, but in saying this let it be known that none of this is being done for prophet and in so no copy write being infringed thank you.

#3 --- Most plotting ideas are welcome, FTB if it gets hot and heavy, yadda yadda

#4 --- You can have an OOC account for easy of keeping track of things

Registering Rules.

#1 --- When registering please have it the first and last name of your character to be. No odd names, no numbers or symbols, For example amandawright is the right way of doing it. Then when you have created the account change it to their name with proper capitals, for example Amanda Wright. There can be many of the same first name, there could be five Amanda’s, but as long as the last name is different that's alright.

#2 --- The avatar can be no larger then 200X200, please, no animated avatars please. Sig banners can be no larger then 300Hx500W honestly the sweet spot with them is like 250Hx400W but that's just in my opinion. No animated sigs as well please.

#3 --- Put your application in the right area so that we can see it and title it as such. LAST NAME, first name (Done or Not Done), that way we know if we need to look at it right away or not. The right area is the PENDING board.

#4 --- You may post in the application and sign up areas only until you have been approved. You have a week to finish your application, and so you have a week hold on your face for that character. If you do not finish with in that time, you may ask for more time, and we will give you one more week.

Character Rules

#1 --- Students may now attend any of the schools that are on site, but please remember one student may not go into the school of another unless invited in an event, or Tri Wizards when the time comes up.

#2 --- Creature characters are welcome, Vampires, Werewolves, Metamorphmagus, ¼ to ½ Veela. ¼ to ½ giant These are the only creatures allowed. Vampires are only bitten, there is no born vampires on this site. As for werewolves, they can be born or bitten, I am putting this in because some known wolf families are not alive yet and I want to give a bit more of an open feel for them. I will have a list of who is what and there will be limits on how many of each kind.

#3 --- Every character must have flaws and weaknesses, there are no perfect characters ever. Just make sure that you keep them believable and somewhat human.

#4 --- This is a canon and non canon site, there is a list that you can chose from, or you can make your own character.

#5 --- You can not apperate until you are 17, you can not apperate onto or off of Hogwarts.

#6 --- You can play a muggle, but there might not be a lot for you to do at this time, but you can play one.

#7 --- Sorry I will not allow characters under the age of 11. You may NPC children younger in posts, but no accounted characters under 11.

#8 --- Try to keep your FC close ish within 15 years of your characters age. We do not want a 17 year old with a FC of Paul Rudd or the like. Also you do not need to use the movie actor or actress as well, like you do not need to use Jude Law for Dumbledore or Mads for Grindelwald.

Posting Rules

#1 --- There is no word minimum post how you want to post, but make sure you read the post you are posting to lol.

#2 --- No God modding, no Mary sue or Gary sue, no power playing. You have flaws, you cant control another character, you are not the most loved person. If you go to hit someone with something, it is up to the other player weather or not you hit them or not. Now though, you can not always say that the other person misses, that's not realistic so none of that. Make sure fights are balanced.

#3 --- Make sure you tag your posts in the header weather or not the post is OPEN or CLOSED. If it is CLOSED then make sure you tag the person that you have it closed for so they know where the post is.

#4 --- No you do not need to use a template when posting, I don’t and thats ok.


Advertising rules

#1 --- We have an board at the bottom of the site that is guest friendly for you!

#2 --- You must have an easy to get to, guest friendly add area for us to find to put our own add in.

#3 --- We dont affil mostly because I don’t have a button and I dont have an area to do that here, sorry I f this is a bother. Also if you do not have a link back or link area and just a spot to Affil, we will remove your add for breaking rule 2 for this section.

Last Few Rules

#1 --- There is no character limit


#2 --- Anything can be used now for your characters but if you are using a human please follow the rules in the FC area

#3 --- This one is for all Non Canon characters, please do not make your character after a character the face has played. Like no Kit Harrington playing John Snow, or Chris Evans playing Steve Rodgers. If it is a canon then yes, the face can play the name, like Jude Law as Albus Dumbledore.

#4 --- If you are going to take on a professor, or one of the heads of like the Ministry or Hospital or leaders in the groups for the war. You must be active, rather active because plots cant move if parts are missing. I am kind of hard about this because I want the site to move the way that the site is going to move.

#5 --- Your characters do not have to be in just one post at a time, all that we ask that it is not with the same other character. Like Harry and Ron can have a thread on going, but Harry would have to be in a thread with someone else to have another one going at the same time.

#5 --- And Last if anything at all, contact the admin and we will get things sorted out for you.
