Newt sighed as he'd thought this over and he wanted to officially be a graduate and he had Teddy in the case and he was wearing his Hufflepuff scarf, he looked like a Hogwarts Graduate as he smiled gently and knocked on the door after Minerva had let him in. He wanted to see the man he knew would side with him but he had to convince the Headmaster of his eligibility to take the NEWTs. He smiled gently to himself as he waited for answer and was nervous as he shifted from foot to foot looking down waiting and being an awkward duck.

Albus had been working all morning, he had just graded at least a hundred papers, and he had a lot more that he had to do before the end of everything. His mind raced from what do you do if you are corned by a Vampire to what do you do when you are lost in the forest of Deen and you know that there is something coming after you, so when there was a knock on the door he sighed as he smiled, a distraction that he needed. He got up and walked to the door as he did not know who would be coming to see him today He opened the door and then smiled again as he saw none other then Newt the boy that should never have been kicked out of Hogwarts, as he turned his head a moment.
"Come on in Newt, its good to see you." He said as he moved back from the door, seeing the old Hogwarts scarfe around his neck as he smiled off. "So what do i owe this honor of a visit today?" He asked as he looked at him.

Newt smiled as he walked in and then looked at the man, he liked Professor Dumbledore and made him feel welcome and good. He really did enjoy the fact that he was on his side about not being expelled, he's the only reason his wand didn't get snapped. He took a deep breath to calm himself as he spoke to the man calmly.
"I wanted to talk to you about taking my NEWTs." He said to him softly as he looked at the man with a gentle smile. "I got to sit my OWLs I just need to do my NEWTs and I'll be able to go on and get a real job and be seen as a competent adult." He told him softly as he looked at her concerned and worried for his ability to pass the tests.

Albus shut the door behind him a he looked at the man that was before him as he waved his hand to a seat and then turned so that he could get the kettle on the fire so that they could have some tea. He was quiet happy to see someone that he got along with that was allowed in the school grounds at the moment. "Ah that." He smiled as he sat down and looked at him as he was now moving all the papers off of his desk as he needed some space for the tea cups and the kettle when the water was done and all.
"Well, that is something that we might be able to do, I can talk to the headmaster about allowing you to be able to sit for them. Maybe let you sit in the library and go over a few things again to make sure that you are up to snuff for it." Albus wanted him to be able to be the full man that he knew that he could be with a right job and everything. "Do you think that you would be ready for the end of the year to take the tests?" He asked him.

Newt smiled at him and then gently sighed eager to talk but also nervous as he leaned back in the seat and let Dumbledore walk around a bit. He wanted to talk and maybe relax a bit since he didn't have to worry too much with Albus as he looked at him.
"Do you think that he'll let me? The Headmaster I mean." He said to him softly as he looked at the man and then nodded, "Yeah I'll come and study for this year, take seventh year courses and prepare for the NEWTs with them." He said as he was eager to come back and officially take his NEWTs and actually graduate like a real wizard.

"Yes, yes I think that he should because of the fact that he owes me one, for all the things that I have done for the school, he could and should allow me to have the one thing that I would think is good." He told Newt as he poured him some tea and was sitting now. "You would not be doing anything bad, you would get a room down at the Hogs Head, I will make sure that my brother has something for you for the time, then you can come up, do the classes and take the tests the way that you should be taking them." He said as he leaned back and folded his hands in front of him, this would help him out a lot and keep Newt with something so that he would not get into any trouble with Gellert as well. He knew that Gelle did not like the man, but Albus does as he is a good man and will do good for the world.
"You know a lot about this school so I know that you know how to get about here, and wont need a guide." Albus chuckled off a moment about that thought as he looked at the man.
